The Challenge: No utilities were available at the site, requiring a quarter-mile of new gas, water and sewer mains, sixteen utility poles and nearly a mile of high-voltage electric lines.
This 46-unit project delivered in 2019 and features two podium-style residential buildings and a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units. Community amenities include below-grade garage parking, outdoor firepits, a dog park, two state-of-the-art fitness centers, club and lounge space, and a roof deck with sweeping views of Lynn and the Atlantic Ocean.
