Sedna is a luxe, 62-unit residential development completed in 2020 on approximately 3.5 acres of prime waterfront property in Beverly, Massachusetts, where the Danvers River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The Procopio Companies served as both developer and construction manager, delivering the project on schedule and within its $18 million budget. Envisioned by DMS Design, Sedna features resort-level amenity spaces—including roof terraces, a club room with wine bar, fitness and co-working lounges, outdoor fire pits and grilling areas, pet wash stations, bike storage, and a publicly accessible riverwalk and boardwalk spanning roughly 1,500 feet—each unit enjoys sweeping water views. Its execution excellence earned regional recognition, including ENR New England’s Award of Merit in the Residential/Hospitality category, as well as PRISM awards for Best Rental Community and Best Landscape Design in 2021.
