Mixed-Use Development on Nantasket Beach

Paragon aims to revitalize a section of Nantasket Avenue with a sustainable, mixed-use project featuring 132 residential units, commercial space, and public open areas. The four-story building includes a garage with 32,500 square feet of parking, 9,300 square feet of retail space, and residential units above, designed to enhance flood protection and align with climate adaptation goals. The project will provide 180 on-site residential parking spaces and a 10’ wide shared use multimodal pathway that runs the full length of the site. This mixed-use development will also support commercial growth in the area by creating year-round demand through its residential component.
