Procopio Companies Breaks Ground on Nantasket Beach Mixed-Use
The Procopio Companies has broken ground on Paragon, a mixed-use development on Nantasket Beach in Hull, MA, along the South Shore. Financing for Paragon, which includes 132 rental units, 9,300 square feet of retail and a large food and beverage offering, was secured through a strategic partnership with Redcove Capital and Boston Andes Capital.

The development builds on Nantasket Beach’s long history as a coastal community while introducing modern amenities and gathering spaces. Monte French Studio is the project’s architect and CEC is the civil engineer. The Procopio Companies is the developer, and Dellbrook JKS is the construction manager.
