Preleasing has started for Vesa, a luxury multifamily development in Marlborough. Property management company Bria announced that the community will open to residents in September.
Vesa features 140 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus amenities like an outdoor pool, dog park, fitness center and lounge.
“Vesa represents our commitment to bringing more housing to the city of Marlborough,” Bria’s managing director Bryan Walsh said in a press release. “This development provides residents with a lifestyle connected to the outdoors and is poised to become a major part of the community, and we’re proud to see Vesa become the new home for both current Marlborough residents, and new ones as well.”
Maugel Destefano Architects designed the development, while Procopio Construction served as the construction manager for the project.
Procopio Companies and Bria also recently opened The Beck, a similar 290-unit development in Haverhill on the Merrimack River.
