The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping impactful marketing strategies while providing essential support to the leasing team, ensuring consistent success across a diverse portfolio of projects. This position emphasizes creating impactful marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and managing communications that resonate with prospective and current residents.

The ideal candidate will work independently, bring creative problem-solving skills, and think proactively to support the leasing and leadership teams. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing objectives and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop print and digital marketing materials, including leasing brochures, promotional flyers, pitch decks, and other collateral; oversee production as needed.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to craft targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting prospective residents and promoting available properties.
  • Maintain design consistency with brand standards while adapting messaging to align with specific project and audience needs.
  • Copy, edit, proofread, and refine marketing materials to ensure clarity, style, and alignment for all campaigns.
  • Regularly update the backend of assigned websites with relevant leasing information, including new listings, property updates, and relevant promotions/announcements.
  • Monitor and audit websites, social media pages, and ILS systems weekly to ensure content accuracy, optimal functionality, and a seamless user experience.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and coordinator between the leasing team and third-party vendors, including creative agencies, media partners, and marketing consultants.
  • Provide administrative and creative support for all marketing initiatives related to leasing.
  • Lead the management of social media channels, curating engaging content and executing campaigns to build community and drive leasing interest.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and algorithms, applying best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Oversee video production projects to support marketing and leasing efforts, from property tours to promotional content.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    1–2 years of experience in marketing, creative services, or social media management, ideally with a focus on real estate or leasing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (familiarity with Canva a plus).
  • Familiarity with website backends, basic coding, or a willingness to take a course to gain proficiency in website management and updates.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing trends, and or property management systems.
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines and provide innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
  • Willingness to travel and support leasing efforts across properties in the Northeast.
