Middleton, MA – The Procopio Companies announced it hired Andy Cogliano in the role of general superintendent.

During Cogliano’s 39 years of prior experience, he oversaw the construction of a wide array of projects on higher education campuses across New England including Dartmouth College, Northeastern University, Boston College, Harvard University, Wentworth Institute of Technology and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The breadth of his experience has also spanned the multifamily residential and life science industries.

In his new role, Cogliano is responsible for the leadership of all field supervision teams, and the overall management of active construction sites. He will contribute to the strategy, vision, and overall performance of the company as it enters a critical phase of growth, with active projects in Beverly, Wilmington, Winthrop, and Gloucester, Mass.; Portland, Maine; Windham, N.H.; and a planned expansion to Florida.
