LYNN — The Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed The Procopio Companies to the organization with a ribbon cutting at the grand opening of their newest development, Ironwood Apartments.

The Procopio Companies is a Saugus-based, family-owned real estate development and construction company, specializing in construction management, land development and civil construction.

“In the past few years we’ve been able to act on that, as we see Lynn positioned for tremendous growth and economic development,” said Michael Procopio, principal of the Procopio Companies.  “We’re small, focused, and maintain our investments in our deals, meaning we stay invested in the communities where we develop over the long term.”

Procopio said the company joined the Chamber because “being a member of your local chamber is an absolute must. It’s the foundation to creating a positive influence and being a contributing member of the local business community.”
